General
What is huddle?
huddle is a sleep brand built around one person: the side sleeper. Everything we make exists to hold your shoulder, hips and knees in line through the night, so you wake up in the position you fell asleep in.
Who is huddle for?
Anyone who sleeps on their side and wakes up paying for it. Sore hip, dead arm, a shoulder that will not roll properly until mid-morning. If you sleep on your back or your stomach, our body pillow is not for you, and we would rather say so now.
What does huddle sell?
Two things today: the Bedfellow™ body pillow and the Bedfellow™ cooling pillowcase. More sleep pieces are on the way. You can see the full range on the shop page.
Product and fit
Is it right for every sleeper?
No. It is built for side sleepers. The curve fills the gap under your arm, holds the line between your knees and keeps your hips level. On your back or your stomach, the curve has nothing to hold.
Will it keep its shape over time?
Yes. It is built to hold its curve under the weight of a shoulder and a leg, night after night. Fluff it when you change the cover and it comes straight back to shape.
How much room does it take in a bed?
It runs about forty-three inches and curves in toward your body rather than lying flat across the mattress. On a full or a queen, it takes the space of one arm. On a narrow twin, it will be tight.
It arrived flat. Is that normal?
Yes. It ships vacuum-packed in a box that fits by your door and takes a few hours to open back into its full shape. Give it one night before you judge it.
Materials and care
Is the cover removable?
Yes. It unzips completely, all the way around, and slides off in one piece.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash the cover cold on a gentle cycle with the rest of your bedding. Tumble dry low or air dry flat, then slide it back on. Do not iron or bleach. The pillow itself can be spot cleaned.
What is the cooling pillowcase for?
It swaps in for the cover that comes fitted on the pillow. Breathable, machine washable, and available in six colours so you can match or mix.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you ship?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping is free to all four.
How long does delivery take?
Six to eight days, tracked from the moment it leaves the warehouse.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If anything looks wrong, write to us at hello@huddlesleep.com and we will chase it.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
Sleep on it for thirty nights. If it is not for you, write to us within thirty days of delivery and we refund you in full. No return fee, no need for the original box.
Can I exchange it for another colour?
Yes. Write to us at hello@huddlesleep.com and we will sort it out.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo at hello@huddlesleep.com and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay, all processed securely at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Every transaction is encrypted and handled by the payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been packed and dispatched yet, we will do our best. Write to us as soon as you can at hello@huddlesleep.com.
Bundles
Do you offer a discount on two?
Yes. the Huddle Up set is two body pillows with both cooling pillowcases included, and it costs less than the two pillows on their own. You can pick a different colour for every piece.
